Refund policy

SiyahAks is committed to your satisfaction. We understand that on rare occasions, an item may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines our return and exchange process for online purchases.

Return Period

You can return unworn and unwashed items within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items not in a resellable condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@siyahaks.com. We'll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund. Faulty items can be returned within 3 days of receipt, with original packaging and accessories.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us using the methods above. We'll guide you through the exchange process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3 business days), we'll process your refund via your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (depending on your bank's processing time).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely. SiyahAks is not liable for lost return packages.

Non-Refundable Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable for returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or mistaken orders. Delivery charges will only be refunded if the error lies with SiyahAks, such as for faulty items or incorrect fulfillment.

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for your request.

Our customer support team will review your request and contact you within 3 business days to confirm the next steps.
